1. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and apply for credit facilities on EasyLoan, you must be a resident of Ghana, at least eighteen (18) years of age, hold a valid National Identification Card (Ghana Card), and maintain an active registered Mobile Money wallet (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AirtelTigo).

2. Credit Facilities Offered

Starter Personal Loans ("Apply for Loan"): First-time borrowers may request up to GH₵ 1,000 subject to mandatory Ghana Card Front & Back upload, live biometric selfie matching, and contact list verification.
Instant Voucher Credit ("Claim Instant Loans"): Borrowers may redeem verified partner voucher/token codes (starting from GH₵ 300 tokens for GH₵ 1,500 – GH₵ 5,000+ credit) subject to proof-of-transaction verification.

3. Biometric KYC & Contact Authorization

By submitting a loan application, you expressly consent to automated facial recognition scanning between your live selfie and your Ghana Card portrait, as well as the synchronization of your phonebook contacts for identity and guarantor verification. Submitting falsified documents or third-party identification will result in immediate account termination.

4. Interest Rates, Tenors & Repayments

Applicable interest rates (ranging from 4% to 10% depending on the selected 30-day to 180-day tenor) and maturity dates are displayed prior to application submission. Borrowers are obligated to settle their total repayment amount on or before the agreed maturity date.

5. Wallet Withdrawals & Settlement

Approved credit balances are reflected in your EasyLoan account dashboard and can be withdrawn to your designated Mobile Money number. Ensure your wallet number is accurate; EasyLoan is not liable for transfers sent to an incorrect phone number provided by the account holder.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
